Al-Amin Muslim Welfare Education Society Yasmin Sultana Quazi syed Arifullah Mahila Mahavidalay of Arts, Commerce & science for women is affiliated to the University of Amravati named Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University(SGBAU)

"Empowerment of Women through Education" has been the board obedive with which the college was established This college is catering the Educational needs of girl students belonging to middle and lower middle classes not only trom Darwha but also from yavatmal and nearby areas /villages of Daruha tike Ner, karanja, Ami, Ner persopant etc:
SOSAMM is situated in Kupta Manora road Danuha .

The college has a spacious Campus and well equipped library. the college has a spacious ground which is used for various games and sports.

Besides Educational activities the college also Provides for an all-round development of the students The college provides ample of opportunities to the Students to develop their cultural intrests and skills. besides these activities the college also offers career guidance to the students by organizing lectures & Wankshops.. in various crafts so as to enable to choose their Career The college has a well-equipped Computer lab through which the students are provided with Computer training .
